The restaurant offers a typical high-level cuisine, thanks to the abundant choice of products that the ground and the Adriatic sea can offer. The supply of fruit and vegetables takes place in the local offerings: the aim is to ensure freshness, authenticity and taste. You can choose between "Brodetto alla Sambenedettese (Fish Soup)", Grilled Fish and fries, Grilled meat or typical fried Lamb. The famous "olive all'ascolana" so good and tasty enough to conquer every palate with their savory filling and "fritto misto di Ascoli", among the first courses the equally famous "macaroni Campofilone" or "Vincisgrassi"; between the cured meats of our own "Ciauscolo or ciabuscolo" and much more. Finally, the excellent DOC wines of our hills, some of which have won international awards for their autochthonous nature. Among the white wines: Passerina, Pecorino, Falerio and Verdicchio. Red wines: Rosso Piceno Superiore, Rosso Conero, Vernaccia di Serrapetrona and Lacrima di Morro d'Alba.
